We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Contract Processor to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounting and experience supporting contract workflows in large corporate environments. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, reviewing contract-related documentation, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely processing. Responsibilities and Requirements
What You'll Do:
Review and analyze financial documents such as contracts, invoice statements, and A/R and A/P records to extract and verify key data
Enter and manage complex accounting information with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency
Maintain organized and updated records of contracts and financial documentation
Support ongoing improvements by helping document and refine internal workflows
Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams across time zones to ensure efficient contract processing and resolution of issues
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in accounting
Background working in a Fortune 500 company
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Strong English proficiency (B2/C1 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience in contract processing or administrative roles
Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with Google Sheets and comfort working with financial data
