The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads. Responsibilities & Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients, creating a pipeline of sales opportunities.
Conduct cold calls and emails to potential clients to introduce the company and its products/services.
Qualify leads based on their potential to convert into customers, considering factors like market need, budget, and decision-making process.
Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Assist in developing sales strategies and materials to improve effectiveness.
Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) database with detailed activity logs and progress.
Collect and relay customer feedback to the sales and product development teams.
Monitor and report on sales activities and achieve targets set by the sales management team.
Qualifications
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (not required).
4+ years of experience related to sales development, lead generation, or similar functions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
