About the Role

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to an executive or a team of executives. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information. The ideal candidate should be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities & Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the executive. This includes emails, phone calls, and postal correspondence.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.

  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper files to ensure efficient retrieval of information.

  • Handle expense reports and budgeting for the executive's office.

  • Act as a point of contact between the executive and other staff members, clients, and external partners.

  • Assist with or lead projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive and proprietary information.


Qualifications

  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (not required).

  • 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, with expertise in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • High degree of professionalism and ability to work with confidential information.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
