About the Role
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to an executive or a team of executives. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information. The ideal candidate should be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities & Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the executive. This includes emails, phone calls, and postal correspondence.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
Organize and maintain electronic and paper files to ensure efficient retrieval of information.
Handle expense reports and budgeting for the executive's office.
Act as a point of contact between the executive and other staff members, clients, and external partners.
Assist with or lead projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.
Maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive and proprietary information.
Qualifications
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (not required).
4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, with expertise in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High degree of professionalism and ability to work with confidential information.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
