About the Role
The Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant will support various marketing teams in executing various digital marketing strategies. This role involves a range of tasks including social media management, content creation, data analysis, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, creative, and have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends.
Responsibilities & Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage social media accounts. Schedule posts, engage with the audience, and track social media trends.
Assist in creating engaging content for blogs, websites, and social media platforms.
Help in designing and implementing email marketing campaigns. Track the performance and optimize for better engagement.
Assist in SEO efforts and analyze data from website traffic to improve marketing strategies.
Perform administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence related to marketing.
Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and social media advertising.
Generate regular reports on marketing metrics and provide insights for improvement.
Qualifications
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (not required).
4+ years of experience related to marketing.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Proficiency in SEO and Google Analytics.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Familiarity with content management systems and email marketing software.
Creative mindset with a willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
