About the Role

The Chief of Staff will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the work of a team of professionals, including sales, marketing, customer service, and operations.

Responsibilities & Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company objectives

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the business, including sales, marketing, customer service, and operations

  • Ensure all team members are aligned with company goals and objectives

  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and partners

  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement

  • Monitor and manage budgetary requirements and ensure financial targets are met

  • Provide regular updates to the CEO on progress and key issues

  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of the business

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of work experience

  • Proven track record in operating a business

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Knowledge of operations outsourcing industry is an advantage

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools

  • Ability to work effectively with a team and independently
