About the Role
The Account Executive will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and closing sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the company's customer base.
Responsibilities & Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Prospect new leads through research and networking
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners
Identify client needs and provide customized solutions to meet those needs
Close sales and achieve revenue targets
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to clients
Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activity
Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Provide regular updates to the CEO on progress and key issues
Qualifications
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (not required)
Minimum of 4 years' experience in sales, preferably in the operations outsourcing industry
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in CRM software and tools
Ability to work effectively with a team and independently
